I was born in Malang, May 5th 1987 and the second daughter of three brothers in her family. I had been educated in Bedali 1 Elementary School, Lawang 1 Junior High School, Malang 3 Senior High School, and continued my bachelor degree in Department of Industrial Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya(2005). I was graduated presenting my research about “Evaluation of Lean Production Implementation with Cost-Time Profile Approach in PT. Ecco Indonesia”.
In 2009, I continued taking master degree in Department of Industrial Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya with field of expertise in Ergonomics and Industrial Safety. I managed to obtain a scholarship from Program Beasiswa Unggulan Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia in 2010, so in the same year I can continue my master degree in Department of Industrial Management, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology within Dual Degree Program. I did my research in Human Error and Accident Analysis Laboratory of NTUST and presented “In-Depth Analysis of Medical Device Recall” as my thesis.
I also has been ever followed several on the job training in a large company, i.e. in Manufacturing Engineering Department, PT. Alstom Power ESI Region Surabaya and in Human Resource Department, PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Head Office Jakarta.
